Minimum Requirements

  • Matric
  • Acceptable spoken and written English language skills
  • One year in a similar role

Additional Requirements

  • The successful candidate will be required to work an 8 hour day between 08h00 to 16h00
  • The successful candidate may be required to work overtime to meet the business needs

Specific Operational Requirements


Key Performance Areas

  • Produce and coordinate various periodic manufacturing reports and documents such as monthly manufacturing cost centre reports and daily production meeting minutes.
  • Perform routine capturing of manufacturing data and information required for SHE compliance and corporate communications, etc.
  • Coordinates and manages external contract cleaning service providers and assists with internal divisional audits.
  • Assists HODs with time keeping and overtime reporting.
  • Assists the Division Head with cost centre management by liaising with Supply Chain, raising purchase requisitions and receiving invoices from external third party service provider etc.
  • Manage telephone and reception, visitor handling, photocopy and printing, IT interface etc.
  • Travel bookings for all divisional members
  • Coordinates meetings, venues, refreshments, AV kit, and events management as required.
  • Notice board content management as directed/assigned
  • Acts as personal assistant to the Division Head.
